You are a modern day martyr! Your words that in actuality are NOT yours but are the words of the Logos, words of the Holy Trinity, words of the Holy Fathers and Mothers of our Church ring loudly and strongly for all to hear and embrace. But one must have ears to hear!
God has blessed you and has blessed all of us by giving you to us.
"The simplest way I can describe it is that there’s simply an unmistakeable difference between the sphere fueled by Communion and the sphere fueled by content." 🔥
The online phenomena of Orthodox content seems to separate the life of the content creator/teacher etc. from the content of their character. A person is lauded and followed for what they say/think (how 'based' they are our how effectively they debate), not because of the holiness of their life. It mirrors what I see in my former Protestant circles, just with an Orthodox flavor.
The irony is posting content about it. Not that it isn’t needed. Very good article. I have found that since moving to a location where I have to usually drive an hour to Divine Liturgy, I end up consuming more content.
Steve, Steve, Steve,

A most blessed Crucifixion/Resurrection.

My ego doesn't respond well to comments like this!
A blessed remainder of Lent and Paschal season to you as well, my dear friend!
Thank you. I enjoyed this article.
Glory to God!

Well said. And that's a big problem!

I can see how that would be a temptation, given the distance. Just make sure to hold onto the real thing!
We Orthodox make Christians liturgically. Formation is key
Amen! Though I worry that's more theoretical than actual in many cases.
